Claim your listing, correct the details, and choose how much is public. Other Nights sends people to your own page and does not take bookings.
If a social platform removes your account or event page, your listing here stays up and keeps pointing people to whichever page you run next.
Claiming is free and does not require a business identity.
How claiming works
Step 1: Point at your listing
Find your event in search and choose “This is my event”, or submit it if we have not listed it yet.
Step 2: Show it is yours
Prove control one of three ways: reply from an email address at your event’s own domain, place a short token on your public page, or ask for manual review if neither fits how you publish.
Step 3: Decision within 72 hours
We confirm or decline within 72 hours. Once approved you can correct details, update dates in one place, and set the visibility level below.
Choose what a visitor sees

Every field you publish appears in search, filters, city pages and the map.
A visitor sees:
Best for open events. Filters can match every stated fact, so the right people find the right night.
Link-out only
The event is findable, and the detail lives on your own page. Withheld fields say so.
A visitor sees:

“Details are available from the organiser” is different from “Not stated”: it tells visitors you have the information and share it on your own page.
Private
Your event does not appear anywhere on the site.
A visitor sees:
Nothing. The event is absent from search, city pages and the map, and has no public page.
For members-only events. Your claimed record stays ready if you decide to publish later, and nothing is shown in the meantime.
What we never publish
Attendee data. We do not record who views, saves or attends anything, so there is nothing to publish, sell or hand over.
User profiles. Visitors browse without accounts. There is no member directory for your attendees to appear in.
Anything you have not stated. Your listing carries what you state, shown with the prefix “Organiser states”, and what we have checked, shown with the method and date. Nothing is invented in between.
A withheld address. If you release the location after booking or to members, we publish the broad area only.
Something wrong on a listing?
Tell us what changed and link to the current source. Corrections from a claimed organiser go live after a short check, and anyone can report a problem on any listing without an account.
How your event got here, and how to remove it
Most listings start from a page you already publish: your own site, your calendar feed, or a public event page on a platform you use. We read the facts, we link back to you, and we do not copy your description or your images. Our crawler identifies itself as othernights-ingest and links to this page.
If your event page is marked private or unlisted on a platform, we treat that as a decision and do not list it.
To be removed, or to ask what we hold, email othernights.admin@gmail.com. Removal takes effect within 24 hours and we do not ask for a reason.
