Other Nights is an independent UK guide to events beyond the usual: themed and costume-led nights, alternative and sex-positive socials, classes and workshops, lifestyle events, kink and play events, markets and festivals. It indexes events and links to the organiser’s own page. It does not sell tickets, take bookings, or run any of the listed events.

An event belongs when its organiser advertises a clear theme, scene, community, dress concept or distinctive programme. We describe what the organiser publishes. A costume or cosplay night is not labelled sex-positive, kink-friendly or play-permitted unless the organiser says so.

It is not a dating app and not a social network. There are no profiles, no messaging, and no attendee lists. You can browse and search everything without an account.

Listings separate two kinds of information. What an organiser states about their own event is shown with the prefix “Organiser states”. What we have checked ourselves is shown with the method and the date it was checked. Where neither exists, a field says “Not stated” rather than disappearing.

Listings are for adults aged 18 or over. If something on a listing is wrong or out of date, the fastest fix is to tell us what changed.
