Being a good Dom/me requires both practical skill and emotional awareness, and this 8 week mentorship will take you on a journey of exploring both the energetics and somatics of power exchange in this hybrid course that offers what no other kink curriculum does.

We’ll be combining online mastercalsses, in-person playshops and demonstrations, and 1:1 sessions that will not just get you thinking about and understanding your inner Dom/me desires, but actually embodying your inner Dom/me through practical skills work.

You may be wanting to develop your experience as a Dom/me but currently don’t have a partner to explore with, or you have a partner, but you’re nervous to try new things in case you get it wrong.

This is where the Sub in the City mentorship provides something that most other courses don’t – real life practice with professionals!

This exclusive container will be led by Integrative Kink Therapist, Coach & Educator, Sarah Salazar, and Pro Dom and Educator Master Carlos, a real-life Dom/sub duo who live and breathe Power Exchange on a daily basis, both in personal and professional life.

You’ll be supported across 8 weeks with both private coaching and group workshops, diving into the different elements of Dominance to support you in discovering your true Dominant self.

We’ll also have a team of pro-subs on-hand for you to work with in order to build the skills and confidence you need to embody your authentic dominance with ease.

And by the end of the 8 weeks, you will have experienced two live hands-on scenes with a real sub, where you can showcase and practice your skills, so you’re ready to step into your Dominant energy in your own personal or professional relationships.

The mentorship program is 8 weeks long and requires two in-person visits to the Sub in the City Studio in Bournemouth – one in week 4, and one in either week 7 or 8.

The rest of the coaching and classes are all online. You’ll also be invited to celebrate completing your mentorship along with a plus 1 at our Christmas Dungeon Party.

Weeks Seven & Eight: In-person – Unleash your inner Dom/me weekend intensive

Option to choose Friday 16th-Sunday 18th OR Friday 23rd-Sunday 25th October.

The last two weeks the group will be split into two groups of 6 for a weekend intensive where it’s your time to fully unleash your inner Dom/me.

Over three days, you’ll move from simply understanding your inner Dom/me, to fully embodying your Dominant energy in the final stage of the mentorship.

On Friday night, you’ll get to witness a scene from Master Carlos from start to finish, incorporating a variety of the practical skills and elements you will have explored in previous weeks, followed by a Q&A and discussion, plus time to bounce ideas and continue to refine your own scene plans.

On Saturday you’ll have your first private in-person session with one of our pro-subs, fully guided and supported by Master Carlos and Sarah. This is your opportunity to practice navigating a dynamic and a scene with a sub from start to finish – practice communication, refine your skills, negotiate the finer details. This is your opportunity to get step by step guidance in a private setting to figure out what does and doesn’t work for you.

On Sunday, you’ll then be invited back for more hands-on experience as you enter into your second and final scene with your submissive. This time, without the intervention of Sarah and Master Carlos, you’ll be navigating the session solo, really putting your skills to the test as you fully embody everything you’ve learnt on the mentorship. But don’t worry, as Sarah and Master Carlos will be present should you really need anything during the session.

The other half of the group will join Sarah and Master Carlos online during the week for a Dom/me Sharing Circle to get peer support and guidance.

We will repeat the same format in week eight for the other half of the group.

At completion of the course, you’ll also get one final coaching call to reflect on your journey and ask any final questions and get support to set you up for success moving forwards.

You’ll also be invited to attend our Halloween Dungeon Party with a +1 to celebrate the end of your mentorship and have an opportunity for further exploration on the night.

Sarah & Master Carlos from Sub in the City

Sarah is an Integrative Kink Therapist, Coach & Educator with over 14 years of personal experience on the BDSM Scene and 7 years of professional experience as a BDSM Expert and Sex Therapist.

Master Carlos is a Pro-Dom and Conscious Kink Facilitator, offering practical skills mentorship in a variety of BDSM activities.

Together they are married, in a 24/7 Dom/sub relationship, guiding other individuals to explore their kinks and build healthy D/s dynamics with confidence.

Where?

The course video modules are online on Thursday evenings, and recordings will be available to you after the live session.

Coaching sessions are delivered online at a time convenient to you.

Live sessions and workshops take place in Bournemouth, Dorset.
